Mansi Bajoria

As a Managing Trustee of B.K. Bajoria Charitable Trust, Mansi has been actively associated with the organization since 2016. She has done her graduation in commerce, but it was her passion for education and children that made her change her field and pursues an International Diploma in Early Childhood Education from London Montessori Centre. She has also attained a Diploma in Education Administration and Management from Asian College of Teachers. She is the member of India Didactic Association and FICCI (FLO) North East Chapter.

From being a Montessori teacher, to a mother, to volunteering for NGOs (Children of the World; New Delhi), Mansi has adorned various roles. She has also attended various workshops and visited different schools both in India and abroad to keep herself abreast with current teaching practices and innovative pedagogy.

She has a great passion for travelling and swimming.

Dr. Bernadette Lyngdoh, Chief Administrative Officer has a doctorate degree in the field of English Language Education from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad. She has done her Masters in Linguistics and is also UGC NET qualified in the same subject. Her professional expertise is in training, administration and corporate management.

Mrs. Vandana Gupta

Mrs Vandana Gupta, M. A. (English), served as Principal of B. K. Bajoria School Shillong from 2001-2010. She was also appointed by the CBSE as one of the members of the Board of Directors, for a period of three years. She took up charge as the Head Examiner for evaluation of AISSCE several times. Mrs Vandana Gupta is a frequent Talker on AIR Shillong having given several informative and educative Talks and Programmes on the radio. She is very active with social works and is associated with the Rotary and Inner Wheel Clubs of Shillong. She has served as Editor of these clubs. She also served as Principal of Army Public School Happy Valley Shillong in the year 2011. She is passionate about travelling, reading and organizing events. She strongly believes that Sky is NOT the limit!

Mitali Choudhury Headmistress of Primary School has been associated with the school for the past thirty years. Passionate about teaching she pursued Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) and also a Certificate Course in the Teaching of English (C.T.E). She strongly believes that teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions. She started her career as a Primary teacher, gained experience and enhanced her skills through various professional development training programmes conducted by ELTAI, ICTRC (Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy), ETW, CBSE, NCERT and NIIT. She went on to teach Senior and Senior Secondary School as well before taking over as the Headmistress of Primary School. She is also a member of a socio-cultural women organization and is actively involved in various socio-cultural activities.

Mrs. Dipanjana Gupta

MRS. DIPANJANA GUPTA, Vice Principal has been with the School for a period of 25 years. She is an alumna of B. K. Bajoria School. After her post graduation, she joined the same school as an English teacher in the Senior Section. She has undergone many trainings and workshops on both curriculum and capacity building. Her most noted training is the Master Trainer Programme on ASL.

Tanushree Dhandhania

Tanushree Dhandhania

Tanushree completed her Master of Science (M.Sc) in Human Development from Jadavpur University in 2004 and was awarded the University Gold Medal. She has also done a certificate course in Comprehensive Teachers’ Training from MACE in 2011. She began her career in the education field as a lecturer in J.D.Birla Institute and then worked as a preschool teacher with Kangaroo Kids (Kolkata, W.B India). After gaining teaching experience she started working as an Independent Education Consultant in 2008 and since then has undertaken various projects with organisations like- Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy (Kolkata, W.B); Educomp Solutions Ltd (India); Jingle Bell School (Faizabad, U. P.) currently she is working with the primary section at B. K. Bajoria School as a curriculum developer.
